Thiscinspection followed your August 11, 1990 notification of"the NRC about the,

. reduced capacity of the Emergency Diesel Generators (EDGs). Our inspection.
"
found:-(1) inadequate EDG capacity; (2) inadequate EDG post-maintenance testing;
and-(3) improper EDG use for electrical. load peaking.

The above matters are addressed in the enclosed inspection report. We have
