Dear Mr. Davis:

Th'e Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.152 to the Yankee Atomic Electric Company (YAEC) Possession Only License (POL) No. DPR-3 for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station. The amendment, in response to your application dated March 24,1999, deletes License Condition 2.C.(10) which states: "The licensee shall maintain a Fitness for Duty

Program in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR Part 26."

[_ A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's next biweekly Federal Reaister notice.
