By letter dated June 23,1997, as supplemented by letters dated October 1,1997 and February 25,1998, you submitted the Yankee Atomic Electric Company's Operational Quality Assurance Program (YOOAP-1-A), Revision 28. By letter dated April 14,1998,you withdrew YOOAP-1-A, Revision 28. Therefore, we have terminated our review and TAC No. M99265 is closed. The NRC has previously reviewed and accepted the quality assurance provisions contained in YOQAP-1-A, Revision 27.
