was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review. This application requested NRC review of the Brand Industrial l Services, Inc. (BISCO) report which contains test documentation and a summary of the applicability of that documentation to the penetration seals for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station.

The fee required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remitted wit;i your application. Therefore, it is requested that your Company remit the application fee of $150 for your June 25, 1986 request. Your Company 1

will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your appli-cation in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
