We have evaluated your additional reviews concerning the allegation of improper work practices for duct work in the Boric Acid Room. In doing so, we have concluded that the allegation was not substantiated and consequently does not warrant further investigation. The Boric Acid Room duct work is not safety-related.
Your action in-response to this concern adequately resolves the safety issues addressed within the allegation, no further action is required, and we consider this allegation closed.
