Post-Exercise Submittal of Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station May 4,1999, Emergency Preparedness Exercise Scenario Ladies and Gentlemen:
Enclosed is one copy of the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station (DBNPS) May 4,1999, Emergency Preparedness Exercise Manual. He manual contains the Emergency Exercise Scenario and is being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.4.
De Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) did not evaluate the May 4,1999, Exercise. He DBNPS activated only those emergency response facilities required to support the offsite agencies in meeting the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) objectives described in the Exercise Extent of Play Agreement. De utility facilities included the Emergency Control Center and Joint Public Information Center. The utility's Control Room Simulator and Control Cell were used to provide data and information to the emergency response facilities and agencies in support of the Exercise. De NRC Evaluated Exercise has been rescheduled for December 8, 1
