Pursuant to 10 CFR 26.71(d),"Recordkeeping Requirements," Toledo Edison submits its semiannual Fitness-For-Duty (FFD) report for the period of January through June 1999, for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1. provides Toledo Edison's FFD Program Performance Data. Attachment 2 provides a summary of management actions taken by Toledo Edison based on positive FFD testing results, presumptive positives, and a list of FFD event reports submitted by Toledo Edison.
