OPA LFMB The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.113to Facility Operating License No. NPF-1 for the Trojan Nuclear Plant. The arrendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated September 13, 1985.

The amendment revises the Technical Specifications to reflect a change in the offsite and onsite Quality Assurance (QA) Organizations made to clarify the delineation of responsibilities, improve coordination between onsite and offsite QA groups, and improve operating independence for the onsite QA group.

A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The notice of issuance will be included in the Commission's next regular bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
