This acknowledges the receipt of your letter dated November 12, 1986, by which you transmitted Revision 6 to the WNP-2 Safeguards Contingency Plan, dated f March 1981.

We find the changes in Revision 6 to the Safeguards Contingency Plan to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 50.54(p). Accordingly, they are, "

acceptable for inclusion into the plan. Revision 12 to the WNP-2 Physical -

Security Plan, also~ forwarded by your above referenced letter, is currently under review.

The attachments to your letter are being withheld from public disclosure because they contain Safeguards Information and must be protected in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 73.21.
