office on October 22-25, 1974 at.the Yankee Nuclear Power Station,
Rowe, Massachusetts of activitics' authorized by AEC License No.
DPR-3 and to the discussions. of our findings held by Mr. Streeter
and other memb rs of this of fice eith Mr. Autio and other tenbers
of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in tha Regulatory
Operations Inspection Report which is enclosed uith this letter. .
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations
of procedurcs and representative records, interviews with personnel, '
and observations by the inspector. '
Our ins 7ector also verified the steps "ou had taken to correct the l
violation brought to your attention in a 1ceter dated June 19, 1974. ;
We have no further quoacion regarding this matter.
In addition, our inspector exa:Ined those ' activities under your
license relating to the subjects covered in your letter to Region I,
datt.d August 30, 1974 (A0 50-29/74-5) and July 11,.1974 (A0 50-29/74-4).
