$150.. This application proposed certain Technical Specification changes relating to the Main Steam Line Monitors and Primary Vent Stack Noble Gas Monitor for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station. The enclosed revisions to.10.CFR 170.that became. effective on January 30, 1989, deleted the requirement for a $150 application fee for reacter applications and topical . reports. Therefore, a $150' check does not need to be remitted'with future applications.

As an administrative convenience, we are not refunding the $150 to you.

Instead we will give credit for it when an invoice is issued for review of that application. Let us know if this is not acceptable to you.
