CONTAINMENT ISOLATION SYSTEM TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION Re: Yankee Nuclear Power Station The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 86 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-3 for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (Yankee) in response to your application of July 19, 1983, as modified April 17, 1984 and August 16, 1984, and as supplemented April 5, 1985.
The amendment revises the technical specifications (TS) for surveillance requirements for the containment isolation system.
A Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendment to License and Proposed No Significant Hazards Consideration Determination and Opportunity for Hearing related to the requested action was published in the Federal Register on February 24, 1984 (49 FR 7051) and September 11, 1985 (50 FR 37091). No comments or~ requests for hearing were received.
A copy of our'related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. This action will appear in the Commission's biweekly notice publication in the Federal Register.
