2. Add to Section 5.1, under Notes: ~ '

" Inspector certification records for current inspectors are found in the TUGCO Training Coordinator Office. For inspectors whose certification has expired or who no longer work at this site, the certification records are in the Historical File in the PPRV."

3. Change Section 5.3, first sentence to read:

"From Inspection Reports in the Vault (PPRV or IRV) review the following attributes."

4. Change Section 5.5, last sentence to read:

"(The reinspection package will have a copy of the latest drawing revision)."
