PREPARATION OF CHECKLISTS PURPOSE Revision 3 to DAP 4, Attochment C contains a typographical error. The beoding Checklist (directly beneath the beoding Reviewer) should read Checker. The purpose of this oddendum is to correct that error.

SCOPE

Replace Attachment C with the corrected ottochment enclosed.

INSTRUCTION This addendum is effective upon approval and shall remain in effect until opproval of the next revision of DAP-4.

This oddendum shall be securely attoched to coch controlled copy of DAP-4.
