Change the second paragraph of Section 4.1.2, in part to read:

Add the following note after Section 5.2:

" Note: For personnel assigned _ at the CPSES af ter June 23, 1986, verifications of education and any applicable experience shall be accomplished prior to them implementing any QA/QC ISAP."

3.

Change the second paragraph of Section 5.2.1 to read:

"The CA shall advise the RTL of any untimely verifications by memorandum. The memorandum shall indicate the individual (s) involved, the action ta, ken by the CA in order to obtain a timely response, address the cause of the delay, and specify the date the verification is scheduled for completion."
