The engineer reviews the population Quality Instruction to

~~' determine if the types of contractor documentation to be reviewed and their locations are identified in the QI. If not, they shall be identified in each verification package. The engineer also includes the Data Base Report prepared in accordance with Reference 3.2.

2. Revise first paragraph of item 8 of attachment 6.1 to read:

(8) As applicable, enter the date the document was completed.

That is, the date the QA/QC Lead Discipline Engineer approved the Supplemental Inspection Instruction is the date the instruction was completed. The date the DR is (in) validated is the date the DR was completed.

3. Revise item 10 of attachment 6.1 to read:

(10) Enter separately the information specified in instruction (7),

(8), and (9) and if not given in the QI, the location of the reference documents needed by the Inspector, but not included in the Verification Package.
