Dear Mr. Papanic:
The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.107 to Facility Operating License No. OPR-3 for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (Yankee) in response to your application of January 5,1988.
The amendment adds surveillance requirements to the Technical Specifications related to the 480 volt emergency buses.
A copy of our related Safety Evaluation 4:. leo enclosed.
A Notice of Issuance will be included in the Comi.sion's, nevt biweekly Federal Register notice.
