DPR-3 for the Yankee-Rowe reactor and substantive supporting analyses to allow operation of the reactor with Core XI.

This natter and other apparent omissions were discussed with Mr. R. J. Cacciapouti, h your designated contact, on April 26, 1974.  !.

Until the key reference reterial has been provided by you, the Regulatory staff cannot co:.: nonce the review of your submittal. Uc suggest an early meeting with Yankee management and technical staff te discuss these natters.
