"Huclear Plant Fire Protection Functional Responsibilities, Administrative Controls, and Quality Assurance." We request that you review your fire protection progran for conformance with those guidelines. Please provide the results of your review by May 15, 1978. In those areas where you meet the guidelines or intend to meet the guidelines, a statement to that effect is all that is necessary. If you do not meet nor intend to nect the specifics of the guidelines, you must give your justification -

including any alternative r.ethods by which you achieve a comensurate level of fire protection. A copy of the guidelines is again enclosed {;.5 -"
