COMANCHE PEAK STEAM ELECTRIC STATION (CPSES) REQUALIFICATION EXAMINATION REPORT (0L86-02)

During the weeks of September 22 and 29, 1986, NRC administered Reactor Operator and Senicr Reactor Requalification Examinations at the Comanche Peak Site to employees of your company who had previously been granted a licenses to operate your CPSES facility. The results of these examinations have been discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.

In summary,13 of the 21 examinees successfully passed the examinations.

Those eight employees failing these examinations must be placed in accelerated retraining and reexamined in accordance with the CPSES licensed Operator Requalification Program.
