A copy of these reports are also being forwarded to Mr. G. Bynog in accordance with
. the Texas Boller Law & Rules and Regulations, paragraph 65.100.g.4.
Please note that the Relief Request included in Appendix C of the Enclosure 1 is for i
information only. A formal request for relief has been submitted by a separate transmittal (TXX-99175, dated July 16,1999).
