By letters dated July 8 and November 30, 1988, and March 13, May 26, and
' September 20, 1989, you responded to NRC Bulletin 88-04, " Potential Safety-Related Pump Loss," for Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station.
Your response.
of September 20, 1989,-confirmed that all long-term actions associated with the issues in the bulletin, including a modification to the alternate miniflow lines for the centrifugal charging pumps, have been completed for Unit 1.
You lare reminded that an evaluation of your actions in response to this bulletin should_be documented and maintained at Comanche Peak for a minimum of two years.
. Accordingly, the staff concludes that your responses have addressed the issues in the' bulletin and we are closing the subject TAC.
