Dear Mr. Terry:
This letter acknowledges receipt of your letters (TXX-97087, TXX-99029 TXX 99088, and TX-99089) dated April 7,1997, February 4, April 9, and April 9,1999, which transmitted Revisions 6 and 7 to the Safeguards Continency Plan, Revision 10 to the Security Training and Qualification Plan, and Revision 29 to the Physical Security Plan submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
Based on your determination that the changes do not decrease the effectiveness of your safeguards contingency plan, security plan, and training and qualification plan, and after limited review of the changes, no NRC approval is required, in accordance with 50 54(p).
Implementation of these changes will be subject to inspection to confirm that the changes have not decreased the effectiveness of these security plans.
The enclosures to your letters contain Safeguards Information as specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and are being withheld from public disclosure. In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.-
