This refers to the inspection conducted on June 18 to 24,1999, at the Comanche Peak Steam l

Electric Station, Units 1 and 2, facilities. The enclosed report presents the resu;ts of this )

inspection.

This inspection included an evaluation of six applicants for senior operato licenses. We i

determined that all of the six applicants satisfied the requirements of 10 CFR Part 55 and the l

licenses will be issued. I

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its ,

enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR). I
