SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-445/99-301; 50-446/99-301
Dear Mr. Terry:

This refers to the inspection conducted on June 18 to 24,1999, at the Comanche Peak Steam
Electric Station, Units 1 and 2, facilities. The enclosed report presents the resu;ts of this
inspection.
This inspection included an evaluation of six applicants for senior operato licenses. We
determined that all of the six applicants satisfied the requirements of 10 CFR Part 55 and the
licenses will be issued.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its
,
enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
