Code requirements. This application is subject to the fee provisions of 10 CFR 170 of the March 23, 1978 regulations.

Based on information provided by the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regula-tion (0NRR) staff as the result of their preliminary review of your ,

submittal, as revised through Revision 5 on June 10, 1986, it has been determined that a Class III fee ($4,000) is appropriate since the review will involve consideration of a single safety issue. Therefore, you are requested to remit the sum of $4,000 to this office. If the ONRR staff's final review of your submittals reveals that this fee is not appropriate, you will be notified and any necessary adjustments will be made.
