CHANGES TO WOLF CREEK EMERGENCY PLAN IMPLEMENTING PROCEDURE EPP 06-005, " EMERGENCY CLASSIFICATION," REVISION 1
Dear Mr. Maynard:
This letter acknowledges receipt of ytc.r letter dated April 20,1999, which transmitted Wolf Creek's Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure 06-005, " Emergency Classification, Revision 1, under the provisions of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix E, Section V.
We did not identify any violations of 10 CFR 50.54(q) during our review. Implementation of these changes will be subject to inspection to confirm that they have not decreased the effectiveness of your emergency plan.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
