Changes to Wolf Creek Generating Station Radiological Emergency Response Data System Data Point Library Gentlemen:

In accordance with 10CFR50 Appendix E. VI.
3.a., this letter transmits changes to Wolf Creek Generating Station's (WCGS) Data Point Library (DPL).
The minimum instrument range for the containment recirculation was lowered by two percent in order to prevent the point from false alarming on the dynamic alarm display in the control room.
In addition, an editorial change was made to the zero point referenced for the containment sumps to indicate the use of the site elevation.
The Emergency Response Data System points affected are EJL0007 and EJL0008.
The changes are being transmitted as replacement pages to update the WCGS DPL.
These changes were implemented August 4, 1999.
