RESPONSE TO GENERIC LETTER 90-03 FOR THE WOLF CREEK GENERATING STATION (TAC NO. 76315)
On March 20, 1990, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Generic-Letter (GL) 90-03, " Relaxation of Staff Position in Generic Letter 83-28 Item 2.2 Part 2 Ver. dor Interface for Safety-Related Components." The GL requested that all licensees and applicants review their present vendor interface programs and modify them as necessary using the guidance supplied in the GL.
By letter dated September 25, 1990 (WH 90-0161), you responded to GL 90-03 and indicated that the Wolf Creek vendor interface program will be modified to conform with the guidance provided in the GL by January 31, 1991.
The staff has reviewed your response and finds it acceptable, This action closes the staff's activities on TAC No. 76315.
