Dear Mr. Maynard:

This refers to the public meeting randucted on March 25,1999, at the Eisenhower Learning Center, Wolf Creek Generating Lation, Burlington, Kansas. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the results of the Plant Performance Review completed on February 11,1999. This discussion allowed for exchange on the new assessment process, the current performance review, and upcoming actions being taken in response to Y2K concerns.

In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
