Based on information provided by the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regula-tion (0NRR) staff as the result of their preliminary review of your ,
submittal, as revised through Revision 5 on June 10, 1986, it has been determined that a Class III fee ($4,000) is appropriate since the review will involve consideration of a single safety issue. Therefore, you are requested to remit the sum of $4,000 to this office.
