Cear Mr. Maynard:

This refers to the inspection conducted on April 5-9,1999 at the Wolf Creek Generating Station I

facility. The enclosed report presents the results of this inspection.

The scope of the inspection included a review of the implementation of your inservice j

inspection program for the Wolf Creek Facility Refueling Outage 10. Also reviewed were (

implemented and planned corrective actions for previous inspection findings. I
