This refers to the inspection conducted on April 5-9,1999 at the Wolf Creek Generating Station

facility. The enclosed report presents the results of this inspection.
The scope of the inspection included a review of the implementation of your inservice

inspection program for the Wolf Creek Facility Refueling Outage 10. Also reviewed were

implemented and planned corrective actions for previous inspection findings.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its

enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
