Changes to Wolf Creek Generating Station Radiological Emergency Response Data System Data Point Library Gentlemen:
In-accordance with 10 CFR 50 Appendix E,
Section VI.3.a.,
this letter transmits changes to Wolf Creek. Generating Station's (WCGS) Data Point Library (DPL).
The minimum instrument range for the wind speed element was changed from 0 to.5 to implement vendor recommendations. The Emergency Response Data System point affected is RDS0001.

The changes are_being transmitted as replacement pages'to update the WCGS DPL.
These changes were implemented September 3, 1999.
