Attschment to NO 90-0197 Page 1 of 2 Violation (482/9017-01): Failure to Have Adeaunte Frocedgggt Findinn Technical Specification 6.11 requires that procedures for personne radiation protection shall be prepared consistent with the requirements of 10 CFR Part 20 and shall be approved, maintained, and adhered to for all operations involving personnel radiation exposur CFR 20.103(c)(2)

requires that the licensee maintain and implement a respiratory protection program that incluJes written procedures regarding selection of respirator Procedure ADH 03-600, ' Respiratory Protection Program,' is the-designated procedure =regarding requirements fcr the licensee's respiratory protection ~ progra Contrary to the above, the inspector determined on April 20, 1990, that
