The. proposed change would have modified the facility Technical Specifi'.ations pertaining to a revised reactor polant' system total flow rate (Technical Specification 3.2.3).
Subsequently, by letu r dated August 10, 1989, you withdrew.the amendment request.
This letter closes the staff's activities on this issue.
