Gentlemen:

Reference 1 involves Nuclear -- Regulatory Commission (NRC) concerns with equipment . operability and containment integrity during design-basis accident conditions. Reference 1 requested Licensees to provide a response within 120 1 days of the date of the reference. Reference 2 provided the requested 120-day l response for Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation (WCNOC). I  !

In' Reference ' 3 the NRC requested additional information to complete their review of Reference 2. The additional information requested concerned the assessment of the waterhammer and two phase flow issues for the Wolf Creek Generating Station. The requested information was provided in Reference 4.

The purpose of this letter is to inform you that WCNOC has completed the analyses and modifications to address the concerns discussed in Reference 1.

The vendor reports and documentation associated with the analyses and modifications performed at WCGS are available onsite for your review.
