Texas (Arlington) of NRC managers and senior utility executives representing each power reactor licensee in Region IV. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss general matters in five specific topic areas identified in the attached

. neeting agenda. Attendees at the meeting are shown on the attached attendance

. list.

There were no plant specific issues discussed during this meeting and no decisions or conclusions were reached as a result of this neeting. However, .

the meeting was beneficial to the attendees in better understanding the  ;

processes, roles, and responsibilities of licensees and the NRC within the-topic areas discussed.
