The report was submitted to describe design changes to be implemented on Cycle 7 of the unit, and to document your evaluation of the safety of these I changes. '

We have completed our review of your submittal and conclude that the Cycle 7 design described does not cause previously acceptable safety limits to be exceeded, and is thus acceptable. Details may be found in the enclosed safety evaluation. This completes our work on the~ subject issue.
