.of this office on May 1-5, 1989'at the Beaver Valley' Power Station in Shipping-
part, Pennsylvania. Mr. Silk discussed the overall results of the inspection-
with your staff at'the conclusion of the inspection.
This inspection focused on theLlicensed operator training program. ' Within this

area', the' inspection consisted of interviews with persoinel' and the review of
selected' records. .The. inspection revealed that the-program appears to be d
adequately implemented and effective for training licensed operators. No viola-
tions were identified.'
