Site Visit / Meeting of 03/01 - 03/88, involving:

c. Mr. Frank D. Evitch, DPC/LACBWR In accordance with the commitments agreed to during the site visit / meeting referenced, we are submitting revisions to our amended plan submittals of September 24, 1987. We reviewed these revisions and determined that they do not result in a decrease in the safeguards effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan, Guard Force Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan as amended.

Enclosure 1 is an eight (8) page section which identifies by page and section number the various revisions, along with the reason and a brief description of the changes.

Enclosure 2 is the stand alone security document, with revisions M/
