Dear Mr. Berg:

On page 8 of the subject _ Safety Evaluation, it was erroneously stated that the Control Room Operator position was filled by a Certified Fuel Handler. The corrected page, enclosed, at the vertical strike-off in the right hand margin, contains the proper description of the responsibility of the Control Room Operator position.

I have discussed this correction with members of your staff and hope it hasn't caused any inconvenience.
