On April 30, 1987 LACEWR permanently terminated power production, and since that time all fuel that was in the reactor core has been transferred to
, the Fuel Element Storage Well. The LACBWR reactor has now become "cold" and -
depressurized, which nullifies any concerns of thermal stresses occurring in l any unisolable piping connected to LACBWR's reactor coolant system. -Also, on 1 August 4, 1987 LACBWR's license was modified.to possession-only. Based on these facts, this NRC Bulletin is no longer applicable to LACBWR. :]!
