On April 30, 1987, LACBWR was permanently shut down. All spent fuel-has been.. transferred from the reactor to the Spent Fuel Element Storage Well (FESW). On August 4,1987,. License No. DPR 45 was atuended to a possess-but-
'do'not-operate. status and further amended to a full-term possession-only license by Amendment No. 63, dated August 18, 1988.
Since the plant shutdown, Dairyland has cancelled its schedule for' implementing Safety
' Parameter Display, System (SPDS) requirements. The current'. status of the
~
-LACBWR plant does not require SPDS equipment.
