, information is subraitted for the purpose of reporting the level and sources 1

of on site property damage insurance carried for the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBVR) which is located at Cenoa, Wisconsin.

The amount of primary insurnce carried is $180 million. This coverage is provided by the ANI/FAERP Nuclear Pool under the Arkwright

{ Mutual Insurance Company Policy No. N 391 and the American Nuclear Insurer's Policy No. 5221.

The effective dates of the primarj coverage are September 19, 1987 to September 19, 1988.

On June 26, 1986, the Commission approved an exemption from the requirement to carry primary property damage insurance coverage in the full amount called for by 10 CFR 50.54(w) (1) (1), provided that primary property damage incurance be maintained 4.n an amount not less than $180

million.

On September 12, 1983, the Commission approved an exemption from the requirement to carry excess property insurance.
