Each page with a change will have a bar in the right-hand margin to designate the location of the change. None of the changes were determined to require prior NRC approval, and they have been reviewed by both '

onsite and offsite review committees.

The individual pages requiring revision are attached to this letter. Please substitute these revised pages in your copy (ies) of the LACBWR Decommissioning Plan.

l The concrete blocks outside the freight door have been removed; therefore, the reference to them is changed to past tense.

l (2) Page 4-3 As described in section 7.2, a remote manually-operated makeup line was added which supplies water from the storage tank to the fuel element storage ,

j well. Reference to this as a makeup source is added to storage tank functions.

(3) Figure 4.5 The reactor feed pumps have been removed. This figure is revised to show their former location as empty.

3 (4) Page 5-14 None of the remaining cooling loads on the Component Cooling Water system require continuous operation. This change was made to provide an accurate description of current' system status.

2 (5) Page 5-16 The tense of the verb is changed so that the description of the Shutdown Condenser System remains unchanged after the relocation of an area radiation monitor.

(6) Page 5-18 This change removes " containment" from the listed wash-down stations i supplied with well water. There is no well water supply to the containment building. This change corrects that misstatement.

! Page 5-19 The reference to the heating boiler is corrected by deleting the misleading use (7) of wording " Turbine Building." It is located in the turbine building, but it also supplies stream to other buildings for heating and is correctly referred to

as "the heating boiler."

(8) Page 5-21 These changes include the description of the new replacement for IB station 4 ' air compressor, and new filtering and drying equipment for control air. This equipment was installed under an approved facility change.

(9)' Page 5-26 The reactor feedwater pumps have been removed, the tense of the verb is changed in the description and the system status is updated to reflect removal.

=(10) Page 5-31 Additional information is supplied regarding other features of the ,

air-conditioning units, including heating capabilities.

(11) Page 5-36 Description of 120-v Non-Interruptible Bus IB is revised to show changes made when Static Irrierter IB was removed from service under an approved facility change. ,

(12) Page 6-1 Titles for senior management personnel have changed, with no change in roles or responsibilities. Assistant GeneralManagerfor Generation has changed to Vice President, Generation.' ,

(13) Page 6-11 An additional paragraph is added to section 6.6, Schedule, to describe the involvement of DPC in Private Fuel Storage and proposed activities associated with LACBWR.

(14) Page 6-12 Section 6.7.2, Dfe9D, has been edited to retain historical content and

& 13 updated with the addition of current funding status.

(15) Figure 6.2 Note at bottom of page is broadened to include the availability ofinterim storage.
