A complete revie.v of the LACBWR Physical Security Plan has been performed and a number of changes are necessary to keep the Plan current. These changes are being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(P). This revision has been approved by the LACBWR Operations Review Committee and the Safety Review Committee.

Due to page renumbering and realignment, the Security Plan is being reissued in its entirety. Locations of the changes are indicated by a bold bar in the right-hand margin of each affected page. lists the reasoning behind the changes to our subject plar.a. We have reviewed these changes and have determined they do not result in a decrease in the safeguards efTectiveness of the plans. contains the Security Plan, which includes the Contingency Plan as j3 Addendum I and the Guard Force Training & Qualification Plan as Addendum II.
