In accordance with the references listed above, Dairyland Power Cooperative (DPC) is submitting the enclosed Emergency Plan revision for your approval.
This revicion has been reviewed and approved by the LACBWR Operating Review Committee and Safety Review Committee.
The Technical Report which provides justification for the propc; sed Emergency Planning Zone boundary is included as an attachment to this submittal.
The Emergency Plan is being revised to reflect the current status of the LACBWR facility. LACBWR was permanently shut down on April 30, 1987. Reactor defuelling was completed June 11, 1987. The NRC issued a possession only license on August 4, 1987.
