Provisional Operating License No. DPR-45 On-Site Pronerty Damage Insurance

Reference:

(1) 10 CFC Part 50, Section 50.54(w) 4 In accordance with the. provisions of Reference 1, the following

-I information is submitted for the purpose of reporting the level and sources of on site property damage insurance carried for the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor.(LACBWR) which is located at Cenoa, Wisconsin.

The amount of primary insurance carried is $180 million. This

lg coverage'is provided by the Nuclear Insurance Pools under Policy No. 89081 N

issued by American Nuclear Insurers and Mutual Atomic Energy Liability Underwriters.

The effective dates of the primary coverage are September 19, 1989 to September 19, 1990.

On June 26, 1986, the Commission approved an exemption from the requirement to carry primary property damage insurance coverage-in'the full amount called for by 10 CFR 50.54(w) (1) (i), provided that primary property damage insurance be maintained in an amount not less than $180 million.
