In your letter of Reference 1, you requested our response to a questionnaire on the conduct of the backfit process.
As you probably know, the LACBWR facility was permanently shut down in April of 1987. Therefore, responses from LACBWR to the questionnaire would not be of any significant value to the NRC. If, however, there is any other information you should require in the future, please call us.
