(2) 10 CFR 50.71 In accordance with References (1) and (2), we are submitting Revision 12 of our Quality Assurance Program Description (QAPD).

Section I, " Organization" - Added descriptions to include personnel shown on the Organization chart, Figure 1, that previously were not included in this section.

. Section I, " Organization," section 19.g - Added requirement to ensure no more than a minority of the SRC have line responsibilities at the facility.

- 'Section III, " Design Control and Review," section C - Changed requirements for use of j Facility Change Procedure for all modifications to Structures, Systems, and Components important to safety and systems to be maintained operational during SAFSTOR. It has also been changed to allow for the use of a control procedure to be used to conduct i modifications to systems determined to be no longer necessary for S AFSTOR. l l
