Based on the permanent shutdown of LACBWR and modification of our license to possession-only on August 3, 1987 and because the subject Generic Letter is addressed to "all licensees of operating reactors...", this Generic Letter does not apply to the LACBWR facility. The reactor vessel will not be subjected to pressurization in the plant's SAFSTOR condition.
